Reservation & Cancellation Policy

All coloring services, scalp treatments, perms, and chemical-based services may require a major credit card to secure appointment.

Please be aware that canceling or rescheduling your appointment without giving sufficient prior notice negatively affects our business. We miss the opportunity to fill that time slot for other clients and a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment that requires a chemical service, please inform us 48 hours in advance to avoid a credit card charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. If you must reschedule or cancel a haircut or blow dry appointment, please inform us 24 hours in advance.

”No Shows” are subject to the same cancellation policy.

Confirmation & Reminder Calls

As a courtesy, we will call or leave a message to confirm/ remind you of your appointment one to two days prior to your appointment date. However if we unable to reach you , please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid cancellation fees.

Payment Method

Our business is a cash-preferred business and we accept payments via cash, Venmo, and Zelle. If you need cash for your service, we have an ATM on premise .

However, we still require credit card information to assure that our customers abide by our cancelation policy. Customers should cancel appointments within 48 hours for all chemical services and 24 hours for hair cut services to avoid cancellation fees.

Adjustments 

We do not issue refunds for the services we complete. However, we do offer an adjustment period of 7 days. Please inform us within 7 days if you are unsatisfied with the services provided. Services will no longer be adjusted after the 7 day adjustment period.

Please note that we do not offer adjustments if the results of the original service were adjusted at home or at a different salon.

No Returns or Exchanges 

Our Skincare, Haircare and Make-up products are non-refundable due to health reasons.
